Refund policy

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

If something isn’t quite right, simply email your order number and we’ll guide you from there.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

With tags still attached

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items marked as Final Sale, along with gift cards, are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label with simple instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
